Refund Eligibility

At Aura Zirc, we stand behind the quality of our zircon rings. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Items show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Original proof of purchase is provided

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized zircon rings
  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include all original documentation and accessories
  4. Ship the item to our return address (provided upon request approval)

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

International customers may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue
  • We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
  • Choose between a replacement or full refund
