Refund Eligibility
At Aura Zirc, we stand behind the quality of our zircon rings. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Items are returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Items show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Original proof of purchase is provided
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom-made or personalized zircon rings
- Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include all original documentation and accessories
- Ship the item to our return address (provided upon request approval)
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
International customers may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of the issue
- We will arrange for return shipping at our expense
- Choose between a replacement or full refund
