Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping via trusted carriers including FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Processing time for all zircon rings is 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Priority Overnight: 1-2 business days (available for most destinations)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $200 USD to select countries. The exact amount will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package directly through our website using your order number or through the carrier's website with the provided tracking number.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Some countries may have restrictions on jewelry imports
  • Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

For security reasons, we require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500 USD. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for orders containing high-value items.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery (for damaged items)
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. For lost packages, wait 5 business days past the estimated delivery date before contacting us

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons (November-January), processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing holiday orders by December 10th for guaranteed delivery before December 25th.
