By accessing and using the Aura Zirc website (the "Site") and purchasing zircon rings ("Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Aura Zirc ("Company"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Site or purchase our Products.

Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing orders.

2. Limitation of Liability

4. Refund Policy

Aura Zirc offers a 30-day return policy for zircon rings purchased through our Site:

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and certificates
  • Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through the following process:
