Order Tracking Process

At Aura Zirc, we make it easy for you to track your precious zircon ring orders every step of the way. Here's how our order tracking system works:

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your order number.
  2. Processing Notification: When your order enters our fulfillment process (typically within 1-2 business days), you'll receive a processing update.
  3. Shipping Notification: Once your package ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
  4. In-Transit Updates: The shipping carrier will provide regular updates as your package moves through their network.
  5. Delivery Notification: You'll receive a final notification when your package has been delivered.

How to Track Your Package

To track your order, simply:

  1. Locate the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Visit the carrier's website or use a universal tracking service
  3. Enter your tracking number in the search field

If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

Important Notes

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in carrier systems after shipment
  • International shipments may experience temporary delays at customs
  • Signature may be required for delivery of high-value items
  • Always verify delivery address information when tracking shows "delivered"
