At Aura Zirc, we make it easy for you to track your precious zircon ring orders every step of the way. Here's how our order tracking system works:
- Order Confirmation: Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation containing your order number.
- Processing Notification: When your order enters our fulfillment process (typically within 1-2 business days), you'll receive a processing update.
- Shipping Notification: Once your package ships, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and carrier information.
- In-Transit Updates: The shipping carrier will provide regular updates as your package moves through their network.
- Delivery Notification: You'll receive a final notification when your package has been delivered.
How to Track Your Package
To track your order, simply:
- Locate the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email
- Visit the carrier's website or use a universal tracking service
- Enter your tracking number in the search field
If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team.

Important Notes
- Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to appear in carrier systems after shipment
- International shipments may experience temporary delays at customs

- Always verify delivery address information when tracking shows "delivered"
